What’s a meaningful housewarming gift that’s personal but not super cliché?

My sister just bought her first home, and I wanted to get her something personal—like actually thoughtful, not just a plant. I ended up ordering a home portrait and it turned out better than I expected. The house in the painting looked like something out of a storybook, but still very real. Midway through browsing the site, I noticed they serve clients around the U.S., which was good because I had it delivered straight to her. Safe to say it’s hanging above the fireplace now.
